摘要
目的探讨实施细节管理对保证护理安全及提高患者满意度的效果。方法加强护理人员对护理缺陷的防范意识,强化以人为本,以患者为中心的服务理念,实施细节管理,健全细节管理机制,严格执行操作规范,创新服务模式。结果护士执行护理操作时科学、规范化较实施细节管理前明显提高,护理缺陷发生率明显降低,患者的满意度提高。结论实施细节管理有效降低护理缺陷的发生,保障了护理安全,有利于护理质量的提高及患者的满意率。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing detail implementation on safety of nursing and patient satisfaction. Methods Raise the awareness of nursing defects prevention, strengthen patient-centered service philosophy and nursing details management, perfect the management mechanism of nursing details, and normalization practices. Results Nurses' scientific and standardized operations improved, the incidence of defects reduced and patient satisfaction increase significantly. Conclusions Actualizing nursing details management reduced the occurrence of defects effectively, and ensured the safety of nursing. It is help to improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.
