摘要
目的了解该院住院患者抗高血压药应用情况,并对此进行分析评价,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取2012年该院内科系统出院的高血压患者病历357份,对其使用口服抗高血压药的类别、品种、金额、用药频度、联合用药以及合理性情况进行回顾性分析。结果该院常用抗高血压药按使用频度排前5位的分别是钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、利尿剂、β-受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂;单品种使用频度最高的是硝苯地平缓释片Ⅱ;联合用药占比为59.4%,以二联、三联为主。结论该院住院患者抗高血压药的应用情况基本合理,但在联合用药方面仍有优化空间。
Objective To realize,analyze and evaluate the application of anti-hypertensive drug to the patients in our hospital,so as to provide a reference for the rational clinical application of these drugs. Methods Selected randomly the records of 357 hypertensive patients in internal medical system of our hospital in 2012,and they were analyzed retrospectively according the categories,classes,amount of the sale,medication frequency （ DDDs） ,combination and rationality of oral antihypertensive drugs admission. Results The top five commonly used anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital according medication frequency are calcium antagonists,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,diuretics,beta-blockers,angiotensin receptor antagonists,respectively; the most frequently used single species is nifedipine sustained-release tablets Ⅱ ; combination accounted for 59. 4% ,mainly double and triple combination. Conclusion The applications of anti-hypertensive drugs to patients of our hospital are generally reasonable,but still have to optimize in the combination therapy.
