摘要
通过分析科室质量管理的现状,针对科室质量管理存在的问题提出对策,同时阐述了科室质量管理在医院各种评审评价中的作用。指出只有不断提高科室质量管理,注重患者安全,才能提升医院和科室的品牌,提升医院的核心竞争力。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze and provide solutions to department quality control related problems, and elaborate its significance in the hospital accreditation and evaluation. It is pointed out that only the continued improvement of the department quality control and more attention to patients can promote the image of the hospital and their departments and strengthen the main competitive force of the hospital.
