摘要
从根据医院实际确定兼职质控员群体、明确兼职质控员工作模式、明确兼职质控员考核方式、根据运行情况持续改进等4方面,总结了医院实施兼职质控员制度的实践。指出:领导重视是基础,制度制定是保障,严格执行是关键,随环境变化持续改进是制度保持长久生命力的关键。
The paper summed up the practice of part - time quality control staff system in hospital from four aspects, including the identification of part - time quality control staff groups according to the hospital actual situation, a clear work model and a clear assessment methods of part - time quality control staff, of continuous improvement according to the operation condition.
