摘要
为探讨医院科室主任的综合能力的培养 ,本文阐述了找准全能复合型人才定位 ;建立健全科学的竞争机制 ;把好科主任选用考核关 。
To discuss the training of the comprehensive ability of directors of the sections in the hospital, the author illustrates ways as seeking the point of the talents with the almighty, improving the scientific competition system, holding the pass of choosing directors to give reference to raise the comprehensive ability of the directors.
