摘要
目的分析外科手术中HIV／AIDS病毒医源性感染的状况，以控制医源性感染。方法收集2010年1月至2013年1月广西钦州市第一人民医院普外科收治的12例HIV／AIDS感染的外科手术患者临床资料，观察手术后医务人员的HIV／AIDS医源性感染状况，探讨预防医源性感染的措施。结果参与患者手术的医务人员术后未出现HIV／AIDS病毒医源性感染者。结论加强医务人员自我保护意识，定期进行知识和技能培训是防止HIV／AIDS病毒医源性感染的有效途径。
Objective To analyze the incidence of nosocomial HIV infection during the surgery for controlling nosocomial infection. Methods A total of 12 HIV-infected patients were selected from patients who visited the first people＇ s hospital of Qinzhou Guangxi from January 2010 to January 2013. To observe the nosocomial infection rate in health care workers （HCWs） who conducted the surgery, be discussed the prevention measures of nosocomial HIV infection. Results None of the medical staff had been infected with HIV during the operations. Conclusions Enhancing the protection awareness and receiving training regular- ly are the key methods to avoid being infected with HIV.
