摘要
[目的]了解综合医院住院患者HIV感染情况,探讨综合医院预防HIV传播措施。[方法]对佛山市第一人民医院2006~2009年各科住院患者进行HIV抗体检测。[结果]2006~2009年合计检测195 433例患者,检出HIV抗体阳性者131例,阳性检出率为0.67‰,男性检出率为0.97‰,女性检出率为0.40‰。131例感染者中,男性占68.70%,女性占31.30%;20~59岁占85.49%;无业或自由职业者占56.25%。HIV抗体阳性检出率,2006~2009年分别为0.55‰、0.63‰、0.68‰、0.80‰（P〉0.05）。全院26个临床科室,除产科外其他各科均检出HIV抗体阳性者,呼吸内科、消化内科、感染科分别检出19、18、23例。[结论]有必要对住院患者进行HIV抗体筛查,是发现HIV感染者和病人的途径之一。
[Objective] To understand the HIV infection condition of inpatients in general hospital and explore its prevention measures.[Methods]The serum HIV-antibody of 195 433 hospitalized patients in the First Peoples Hospital of Foshan were detected from 2006 to 2009.[Results]131 cases were positive（0.67‰） in the 195 433 patients,the positive rates of men and women were 0.97‰ and 0.40‰ respectively.Ratio of male and female is 68.7% to31.3%.58.5% of them were between 20 and 59 years old.56.3% were unemployed or freelance.From 2006 to 2009,HIV-antibody positive was 0.55‰,0.63‰,0.68‰ and 0.80‰ in order（P0.05）.HIV-antibody positive were in all 26 clinical departments except maternity ward.In the department of respiration,digestion and infection,HIV-antibody positive cases were 19,18 and 23 respectively.[Conclusion]HIV-antibody screening for the inpatients is one of the ways to find out the HIV infected individuals.
