摘要
日益严重的人口老龄化趋势为城市养老工作带来了前所未有的压力,要实现老年人"幸福养老"的目标,建立和完善城市社区服务体系、优化社区养老服务机构的功能及其配置就显得愈发重要。在此背景下,本研究探讨了老龄化趋势对城市社区养老服务的需求,从适老宜老角度对社区服务机构的设置及其功能划分提出了具体意见和建议。
The growing trend of population aging has brought unprecedented pressure for city pension.To achieve the goals of ＂happiness pension＇in the elderly,estabhshing and improving urban community service system,optimizing the configuration and function of community pension services have become increasingly important.Therefore,this study discusses the influence of aging trend on the needs of urban community services for the aged and puts forward concrete proposals on institutional setting and functional division of community service agencies.
