抓好医院文化建设,是推动医院和谐建设和发展必不可少的动力。文化自觉是一种对医院先进文化的坚定信念和正确心态,是推动医院文化繁荣发展的思想基础与先决条件。文化自信是指对自身文化的坚定信心,是推进文化建设的内生动力。先进的医院文化对提升服务水平、构建和谐医患关系,促进经济效益和社会效益双丰收都具有重要意义,它能够形成群体意识,提高管理水平,增强竞争能力,促使医院焕发活力,进而产生更好的社会效益和经济效益。
To grasp the construction of hospital culture is an essential driving force to promote harmonious construction and development of the hospital. Cultural awareness is a firm belief in the advanced culture of the hospital and the right mindset,the ideological foundation and prerequisite for promoting the prosperity and development of the hospital culture. Cultural self-confidence is a firm confidence in their own culture,is to promote the cultural construction of endogenous motivation. Advanced culture of the hospital are of great significance to enhance the level of service, harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and to promote economic and social benefits. It can form a sense of community, to improve the management level, and enhance competitiveness,prompting the hospital to rejuvenate and produce a better social and economic benefits.
