摘要
为探讨科室文化建设在医院管理中的作用 ,本文阐述了科室文化建设存在的问题和对策。为充分发挥科室的基层组织职能作用 ,营造突出学科特色的学术氛围 。
To inquire into the action of the culture construction of the department in the hospital management, it is expounded in this article that existing the problem and the countermeasure in the culture construction of the department. The experience should be provided for full exerting the department function of the grass roots organization, constructing strikingly the academic atmosphere of the subject characteristics, accelerating synthesis construction of the department and continuance developing of the hospital construction.
