核转录因子-κB与周围神经损伤及修复关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 核转录因子-κB（nuclear transcription factor-kappa B,NF-κB）广泛存在于细胞中,是一种具有多向性调节作用的蛋白质分子。NF-κB能与多种细胞基因的启动子和增强子中的κB序列位点特异结合,上调转录活性,在周围神经损伤和轴突再生中起重要作用[1]。
