摘要
目的:探析显微镜外科技术治疗上肢周围神经损伤的临床疗效.方法:将我院于2018年3月-2019年4月收治的60例上肢周围神经损伤患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表法将其平均分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30).给予对照组患者常规治疗,观察组患者接受显微镜外科技术治疗,对2组患者的治疗优良率、疼痛程度及上肢功能进行评价和对比分析.结果:观察组患者的治疗优良率显著高于对照组,2组对比有显著差异;治疗后,观察组患者的疼痛程度轻于对照组,VAS评分较对照组低,组间对比差异显著;经对比2组患者治疗后的上肢功能,观察组患者的FugL-Mayer评分明显高于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义.结论:在上肢周围神经损伤的临床治疗上,采用显微镜外科技术进行治疗可获得理想效果,同时可缓解患者的疼痛程度,有利于其上肢功能的恢复,进而提升患者的生活质量,具备临床应用和推广价值.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of microsurgery in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury of upper limbs.Methods:From March 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with peripheral nerve injury of upper extremity were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by digital random table method.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while patients in the observation group received microsurgical treatment.The excellent and good rate,pain degree and upper limb function of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the pain degree of the patients in the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant.By comparing the upper limb function after treatment,the FugL-Mayer score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of peripheral nerve injury of upper extremity,the use of microsurgical techniques can achieve ideal results.At the same time,it can alleviate the pain of patients,help the recovery of upper extremity function,and improve the quality of life of patients.It has the value of clinical application and promotion.
