摘要
文章记载了以丹栀逍遥散为基本方治疗的不寐、月经不调、痤疮、胆石症四则验案,四案患者均有肝气郁结,郁而化火,火热伤阴、肝强脾弱的病机特点,治法均当养血柔肝,理气解郁,抑木扶土,健脾助运,故同以丹栀逍遥散为基本方化裁治疗。丹栀逍遥散具有柔养肝体、疏解肝郁、清泄郁火、调和肝脾的作用,全方药性平和而应用广泛,临床上经过适当化裁可用于治疗多种女性疾病,现代药理研究显示具有抗抑郁、抗焦虑、改善心理应激变化等作用。
Xhis paper explicated the clinical application of Dan Zhi Xiao Yao Powder from the following four cases： insomnia, irregular menstruation, acne and gall stones. In case of the pathogenesis of depressed liver-qi changing into fire, the treatment is smoothing depressed liver-qi and cleating away heat. Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder has the function of nourishing the liver, smoothing liver-qi, dredging the stagnation, subduing liver-fire and harmonizing liver-spleen. It is extensively applied in the clinic although playing function moderately.
