摘要
双导师制是目前高校对全日制专业学位研究生教育培养中较为普遍的做法。双导师制突破了以往校内单一导师制的局限,更加契合全日制专业学位研究生的培养目标,是确保培养质量的重要抓手。本文分析了双导师制在实际运行过程中出现了一些问题,并据此提出一些建议。
Double tutorial system is a common practice for full-time professional degree's graduate education in colleges and universities at present. Double tutorial system breaks through the traditional limitations of the on-campus single tutorial system, accords with the training objectives of full-time professional degree's graduate students to a greater extent, and is one of the important approaches to ensure the training quality. This paper analyzes some problems of the double tutorial system in actual operation, and puts forward some suggestions accordingly.
