摘要
创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴盛发达的不竭动力。大学生的创新能力直接关乎国家和大学生的自身发展与进步,因而,创新能力是我国大学人才培养的重要内容。在我国,大学生群体中绝大部分是在省属地方高校完成自己的大学教育,他们的创新教育直接关系到我国大学生整体的创新能力水平和我国建设创新型国家战略的实施。本文分析了地方高校大学生的创新能力培养现状,探究了影响他们创新能力提升主要的因素及解决的途径和策略。
Innovation sustains the progress of a nation, and is the inexhaustible impetus of a country＇s prosperity. University Students＇ innovative ability involves their own development as well as their country. Therefore, innovative ability is the im- portant content for colleges to train talents in China. Most of college students in China finished their college education in their local colleges, and their innovative education directly influences the overall level of college students＇ innovative ability and the implementation of the strategy of an innovation-oriented country. The present situation of the cultivation of innovative ability for those college students from local colleges was analyzed in this paper, and the major factors of affecting their inno- vative ability and the solutions and strategies are also explored.
