摘要
本文以清华大学工科教育为例对人才培养多样化和创新环境构建两个问题对学生创新能力培养的作用进行了论述 ,并据此提出建设多样化的课程平台和多样化的学生课外活动体系等建议。
Taking Tsinghua university as a case, this study discusses the roles of the goal of diversity and the construction of the environment formulating creative activities during the process of cultivating students' creativity. Accordingly, the author advocates the diversified curriculum platform and ex-curriculum activity system.
