摘要
代谢组学是关于生物体代谢物质种类、数量及其变化规律的学科,它可以应用现代分析技术方法对某一生物、细胞在一特定生理时期内所有代谢产物进行定性和定量分析。随着代谢组学在医疗、卫生领域的广泛应用,中医药与代谢组学技术的有机结合成为必然,给中医药的发展研究提供了强有力的手段。运用代谢组学方法在阐明中医整体思维、辨证论治及中药的疗效、安全性等方面展示了优势地位,对于研究中药的整体调节作用,多成分、多靶点作用等有巨大的潜力。
Metabolomics is the discipline on the variety, quantity and its relevant transtormation rules of biological metabolic substances. It can analyze in quality and quantity the metabolic products of some biology and cell in a specific physiological stage with modern analytic technological method. With the extensive application of metabolomics in medicine and hygienic field,it is the necessity for the organic integration of traditional Chinese medicine and metabolomies technology,which provides a powerful approach to the de- velopment and research of traditional Chinese medicine. The application of metabolomics method displays the advantageous role in the explanation of the holistic idea, pattern/syndrome differentiation and determination of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine as well as in the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicines. It brings the tremendous potential to holistic adjustment, multi -component and multi -target effects in the research of Chinese medicines.
