摘要 N -乙酰天门冬氨酸(N -acetylaspartate, NAA)是神经元损伤严重程度的一项生化指标。卒中后缺血脑组织NAA下降表明神经元代谢紊乱。现已证实,NAA和乳酸对卒中后缺血半暗带的判定,对急性卒中的治疗和预后的判断均有重要意义。 N-acetyl aspartate(NAA)is a biochemical marker of the severity of neuronal damage. The decrease or lack of NAA in ischemic brain tissue after stroke shows that the metabolic disorder of neurons. Now, it has been proved that NAA and lactate have important significance in the identification of ischemic penumbra and prediction of the prognosis after acute stroke.
