摘要
FDI对区域经济的发展起了重要作用,但FDI是否对区域经济环境产生影响?本文对包括环渤海地区、长三角地区和珠三角地区的大东部区域进行分析,得出东部地区人均碳排量总体上呈倒U型增长,但地区差异明显。通过实证分析进一步显示,FDI的进入在一定程度上降低了东部地区的人均碳排放量,但对东部三地区的碳排放影响效果有所不同,而经济发展水平和能源强度是影响东部地区碳排量的最重要因素。
FDI provides strong support for regional economies, does FDI affect the environment in regional e conomies？ The paper analyses whole east area, which including Bohai rim, Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, the results show that ： Per capita growth of carbon emissions in the eastern region shows inverted U shaped, and regional differences are significant. As shown by the results of empirical analyses, the inflow of FDI, to some extent, reduces the per capita carbon emissions in the eastern region ; Influences of FDI on the carbon e missions in three regions are different; the level of economic development and energy intensity are the e most im portant factors of carbon emissions.
