摘要
基于中国30省2008—2017年面板数据,利用EBM模型测算煤炭利用效率,并构建Tobit回归模型,分析了煤炭利用效率的影响因素。结果显示:2008—2017年,我国煤炭利用整体偏低,区域差异显著,东部>中部>东北部>西部;全国煤炭利用效率呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。经济发展水平、技术进步、发展对外贸易、引进外资对煤炭利用效率的改善存在显著的正向影响,而第二产业和城镇化水平对煤炭效率存在显著的负向影响。
This paper measured the coal utilization efficiency from 2008 to 2017 in 30 provinces in China using EBM,and then analyzed influencing factors by Tobit model.The results show that the coal utilization efficiency of the whole country is low.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the regional differences are significant in coal utilization efficiency.The results show that,the coal utilization efficiency is the highest in eastern China,and the lowest in the western region,is significantly stepped distribution.The level of economic development,foreign trade level,foreign direct investment,technological progress are significantly positively correlated to coal utilization efficiency,while the secondary industry and the level of urbanization have a significant negative impact on coal utilization efficiency.
