摘要
我国青少年羽毛球运动员体能训练研究比较少,训练中没有正确认识羽毛球运动专项体能特征,训练理念滞后、训练方法手段陈旧、训练周期中体能训练安排不合理等制约我国青少年羽毛球运动水平提高,研究结果表明依据羽毛球运动制胜规律,更新训练理念、科学安排训练周期、合理训练方法与手段,成功身体功能性训练将能有效提高青少年羽毛球运动员专项体能。
There is less research on physical fitness of young badminton player in China. It hinders to improve o- verall sports level due to not knowing the characteristic in special physical fitness of badminton,lagging the theory of training, old-fashioned training method and measures, unreasonable arrangement on physical fitness during trai - ning cycle. According to the winning ruling of badminton,it will improve special physical fitness of young badmin- ton players by updating training theory, scientific arrangement on training cycle, reasonable training method and measurement,successful body function training.
