低浓度的表面活性剂PPJ会促进棉叶对硼和锰离子的吸收。PPJ的浓度为 0 .4mmol/L时 ,吸收最大 ,此时锰离子的吸收量比对照高 5 4% ,硼离子的吸收量比对照高 37%。PPJ的浓度高于 0 .4mmol/L时 ,随PPJ浓度的增加 ,硼和锰的含量下降 ,1 .0mmol/L时 ,PPJ对硼和锰的吸收已无促进作用。PPJ的浓度大于 1 .0mmol/L后 ,随PPJ浓度的增加 ,硼和锰的吸收量又增加。棉叶喷施硼酸后 ,硼被棉叶吸收的量一天时达最大 ,是对照的 5倍。随后 ,硼的含量有所下降 ,但6天后 ,仍保持较高水平 ,是对照的 4倍。
The effects of PPJ, a surfactant, on B and Mn ion absorption in cotton were studied. The results showed that PPJ stimulated B and Mn absorption by cotton leaves. B and Mn absorption in cotton leaves increased with PPJ concentration up to 0.4 mmol/L and dropped thereafter until PPJ concentration rose to 1.0 mmol/L, when no stimulating effect was observed. With 0.4 mmol/L of PPJ, Mn and B absorption was 54% and 37% higher than the control, respectively. When the cotton plants were sprayed with 0.2% boric acid solution containing 0.4 mmol/L PPJ, B content in cotton leaves reached the maximum one day after the treatment, 5 times as much as in the control. Then B content decreased but remained at relatively high level 6 days after the treatment, being 4 times as much as in the control.
