摘要
蛋白质表面活性剂(PBS)作为一种新型环境友好型温和型生物表面活性剂能显著改变液体表面张力或二相间界面张力。阐述了PBS的概念、分类、合成、性能及应用,最后基于优良性能展望了在农业领域的应用新前景。
Protein-based surfactant as a novel environmentally-friendly and mild biosurfactant can significantly change liquid surface tension or two-phase interfacial tension.The conception,classification,synthesis,properties,and application of PBS were elucidated in detail.Finally,the new application of PBS in agricultural fields was prospected based on its merits of good properties.
