低磷日粮添加植酸酶对肥育期肉鸭营养学效应的影响 被引量:6

NUTRIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF ENRICHING SUBNORMAL P DIET WITH PHYTASE ON DUCKS IN THEIR FINISHING PERIOD

摘要 :1 6 0只 3周龄樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为 4组 ,研究了低磷日粮添加植酸酶和磷酸氢钙对肉鸭生长性能、血浆磷浓度及胫骨特性的影响。Ⅰ组为低磷组 (0 .1 8%AP) ,Ⅱ组为添加磷酸氢钙组 (0 .35 %AP) ,Ⅲ ,Ⅳ组为添加植酸酶组 (0 .1 8%AP+75 0 μ/kg ,0 .1 8%AP +1 5 0 0 μ/kg)。结果表明 :(1 )当肉鸭在生长前期 (1~ 3周龄 )采食了含充足磷的日粮后 ,在生长后期 (4~ 6周龄 )饲喂低磷日粮无需另外添加无机磷 ,只要用植酸酶 (75 0 μ/kg)强化一下就能满足其正常生长发育所需的磷。 (2 )添加植酸酶能提高血浆磷浓度、胫骨干物质和矿物质含量 ,改善骨骼状况。 One hundred and sixty 3-week-old “Cherry Valley”ducks were divided randomly into 4 groups to investigate the effects of adding microbial phytase to subnormal P diet on their growth performance, plasma P concentration and tibial bone properties. Group Ⅰ was fed with subnormal P diet containing 60% available P required by NRC, Group Ⅱ with normal diet enriched with dicalcium phosphate, and Groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed with diet low in available P but enriched with phytase at 750 and 1500 μg/kg. The results showed that if the ducks were fed with adequate P diet in the first growing periold (1~3 wk), subnormal P diet fortified with microbial phytase (750 μg/kg) could meet the P need for normal growth of the duck without adding inorganic sources in the second growing period (4~6 wk), and that microbial phytase supplementation raised P concentration in the plasma and dry matter and mineral contents in the tibial bone and improved its development.
