鸡鸭钙磷缺乏症的比较病理学 被引量:7

COMPARATIVE PATHOLOGY OF CALCIUM AND PHOSPHORUS DEFICIENCY IN CHICKENS AND DUCKLINGS

摘要 60只四日龄AA肉鸡和60只一日龄天府肉鸭各分为三组,分别喂给缺钙(鸡Ca0.02%,P0.71%;鸭Ca0.129%,P0.65%)、缺磷(鸡Ca0.95%,P0.30%;鸭Ca0.80%,P0.366%)和正常对照(鸡Ca0.95%,P0.71%;鸭Ca0.80%,P0.65%)日粮,进行比较病理学观察。其结果:鸡鸭钙缺乏和磷缺乏特征性肉眼变化见于肋骨,是实验观察中获得的最新成果。钙缺乏,鸡肋骨增粗变圆,质软弯曲呈“V”字形,鸭肋骨内表面出现佝偻珠;而磷缺乏时,鸡肋骨头肿大呈串珠状,鸭肋骨质软弯曲突入胸腔。长骨组织学变化,缺钙鸡鸭相同但与缺磷鸡鸭明显不同,前者骺生长板之增生带增宽,于骺端类骨组织和结缔组织大量增生,成骨细胞和破骨细胞增多;缺磷鸡鸭长骨骺生长板之肥大带增宽,于骺端类骨组织增生。临床病理学变化表现为血清碱性磷酸酶活性异常升高,血清钙含量(缺钙鸡鸭)和磷含量(缺磷鸡鸭)及骨灰分、灰分钙磷含量显著降低,上述结果为鸡鸭缺钙和缺磷的鉴别诊断提供了科学依据。本文还讨论了临床症状与病变的关系及发病机理。 day-old AA chickens and 60 1-day-old Tianfu ducklings were respectively divided into three groups, and fed on diets as follows:1. Ca deficient (Ca 0. 02%,P 0.71% in chickens; Ca 0.129%,P 0.65% in ducklings),2.P deficient(Ca 0. 95%,P 0. 30% in chickens; Ca 0.80%,P 0.366% in ducklings) and 3.controls (Ca 0. 95%,P 0.71% in chickens,Ca 0. 80%,P 0. 65% in ducklings) for the observations on comparative pathology. The results were as follows: the characteristic gross changes of Ca deficient and P deficient chickens and ducklings appeared in ribs, which was the latest acheved in experimental observations. The rib of Ca deficient chickens was thickened with 'V' shape, and in Ca deficient ducklings, the beadings were present on the inner surface of ribs.In P deficient chickens and ducklings, chickens showed enlargement at the caput costae, and the ribs of ducklings were soft and curved, Histopathologically, Ca deficient chickens and ducklings showed tie same lesions of the long hone which were different from those of P deficient ones. In Ca deficient chicks and ducklings, the proliferating zone of the growth-plate in the epiphysis was lengthened, and a lot of osteoid, fiborus tissue and many osteoclasts apeared in the metaphyseal spongiosa P deficient chickens and ducklings developed a widened hypertrophic zone of the growth-plate and a increased osteoid in the metaphyseal spongiosa. The clinic-pathological changes of Ca and P deficiency were increased serum alkalina phosphalase activities, decreased serum Ca (Ca deficiency)and P(P deficiency) concentralion and tibial ash, ash Ca and P contents. The results mentioned above provided the objective basis for differential diagnosis between Ca and P deficiency. The relationship between clinical signs and lesions, pathogenesis of Ca and P deficiency in chickens and ducklings were also discussed in the paper.
