摘要
对食品工艺学实验教学中的一些经验进行总结,分析了其中存在的问题,从实验成绩考核方式、实验内容和实验教学方法等方面阐述了在实验教学中的改革尝试。实践证明,这样的改革可有效地提高实验教学质量。
Certain experience of experimental teaching in food technology was summed up,and the problems were analyzed.The reform attempts of experimental teaching were elaborated,including test style,contents,teaching methods,etc.It has been testified that these reforms are effective in improving the quality of experimental teaching.
