摘要
"食品工厂设计"是建立在食品工程多门学科基础课程上综合性很强的课程,但现有教学方法不利于学生将已学专业基础知识进行系统的整合与有效联系。为了培养工程专业学生的工厂设计和综合实践能力,在学校已有中试试验室和实践基地的基础上,将探究性生产实习引入该课程的教学中,打破实践教学几乎为零的局面,为培养学生系统合理运用工程机械知识、提高学生工程设计和创新实践能力、促进双师型师资队伍建设等打下坚实基础。
Food Factory Design is a greatly comprehensive course based on a number of basic courses of food engineering major. However, the current teaching methods adversed to the systematic integration and effective connection of students' basic knowledge. In order to better cultivate their engineering design and comprehensive practical ability of engineering students, the activity of exploratory production internship is lead into this course of Food Factory Design on the basis of the pilot laboratory in the school and practice base in the company to break the situation of no practice in this course. It will have the best effects for the students cultivation in reasonable application of machinery knowledge to improve student engineering design, innovation and practical ability. It also will lay a solid foundation for the the promoting and construction of double founction teachers faculty in college.
