影响昆虫病原线虫田间应用效果的有关因子 被引量:11

摘要 评述了非生物因子、生物因子和施用技术对昆虫病原线虫田间应用效果的影响。选择适合防治寄主昆虫的病原线虫种类或品系是获得最佳田间防治效果的前提 ,而在昆虫病原线虫施用之前 ,应充分了解寄主昆虫的生长发育状态、土壤质地、结构、温度、湿度及土壤中的昆虫病原线虫天敌的情况 ,从而为昆虫病原线虫创造适宜寄生的环境条件。在昆虫病原线虫施用技术上 ,应掌握经济有效的施用剂量、次数和时期 ,并根据线虫的特点改进施用方法 。 Abiotic factors, biotic factors and application methods affecting efficacy of entomopathogenic nematodes in field are discussed in this paper. It is a precondition to achieve the best efficacy to select proper kinds or strains of entomopathogenic nematodes suited to control of host insects. Developing stage of host insects, soil texture, structure, temperature, moisture and natural enemies of entomopathogenic nematodes in soil should be understood sufficiently before spraying entomopathogenic nematodes in fields in order to create a proper environment for the nematodes. Entomopathogenic nematodes should be used with economical and available dosage, application times and dates, and spray methods should be improved based on traits of different nematodes for better control efficiency in field trials.
