热激下植物体内合成多种smHSP ,其中包括由核基因编码的叶绿体smHSP (HSP2 1)。HSP2 1是热激诱导表达蛋白 ,Met-毛刷是其独特的结构域。HSP2 1在植物体内通常以高度有序的高分子量寡聚体形式存在 ,热激下有依赖于温度的动态重分布。本文综述了叶绿体smHSP的结构。
In response to heat stress plants synthesize several classes of small heat shock proteins, including a nuclear-encoded, chloroplast-localized smHSP(HSP21). The chloroplast-localized smHSPs are heat-induced proteins, they exist as highly-ordered large oligomers of heavy-molecular-weight in plants. Methionine bristles are unique domains of chloroplast-localized smHSP. Chloroplast-localized smHSPs can be dynamically distributed within the chloroplasts dependent on temperature. The article reviewed the research advances in the structure, the function and the functional regulation of the chloroplast-localized smHSPs.
