不同鲜食葡萄品种的高温逆境应答反应研究 被引量:12

摘要 以7个鲜食葡萄品种的一年生植株为试材,在人工气候室中进行不同温度处理,探讨不同葡萄品种的高温逆境应答反应。结果表明:在45℃极端高温处理下‘夏黑’和‘申华’植株形态表现良好;‘巨峰’和‘巨玫瑰’次之;‘申丰’‘沪培1号’和‘醉金香’的热害表型明显。葡萄叶片的SOD活性、MDA含量、叶绿素荧光参数和HSP21蛋白水平等均受到高温影响,45℃处理其变化幅度较35℃处理更为明显;此外,45℃处理‘申丰’‘沪培1号’和‘醉金香’各项指标的变化幅度较其他品种大,说明这3个品种对高温逆境较为敏感;‘申华’和‘夏黑’‘巨玫瑰’的叶绿素荧光参数值均在45℃处理3 h时有显著变化,并于6 h时(‘巨玫瑰’)和150 h时(‘申华’和‘夏黑’)恢复至原初水平,这可能是由于高温激发植株耐热潜能,增强了其对逆境的适应能力。综上,‘申华’和‘夏黑’为高温耐受型葡萄品种,‘沪培1号’‘申丰’和‘醉金香’为高温敏感型葡萄品种。 In order to study the heat response of different grape cultivars, seven annual table grape cultivars were selected and cultured in the artificial climate chamber. Different grape cultivars were observed under different temperature treatments. Results showed that the plant damage of ' Summer Black ' and ' Shenhua' under extreme high temperature was lighter than others, and the heat damage of ' Shenfeng' , ' Hupei 1 ' and 'Zuijinxiang' was obvious. The SOD activity, MDA content, chlorophyll fluorescence parametere and HSP21 levels in seven grapes influenced by high temperature stress, and the degree of changes was larger at 45 ℃ treatment than 35 ℃ treatment. Indexes of ' Shenfeng' , ' Hupei 1 ' and ' Zuijinxiang' were more obvious than those of other cuhivars,which indicated that these 3 cuhivars were more sensitive to heat stress. Besides that,the changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in ' Summer Black' , ' Shenhua' and ' Jumeigui ' had significantly changed at 3 h after 45 ℃ treatment, and recovered to the original level at 6 h ( ' Jumeigui' ) and 150 h ( ' Xiahei' and ' Shenhua' ) , which indicated heat-resistance of those cuhivars helps to adapt to high temperature stress. All the above results showed that : ' Shenhua' and ' Xiahei' were more tolerant to heat stress than other cultivars,and ' Shenfeng' , ' Hupei 1 ' and ' Zuijinxiang' were more sensitive to heat stress.
