经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的效果分析 被引量:9

Effectiveness of transcranial magnetic stimulation on negative symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia

摘要 目的分析精神分裂症阴性症状采用经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)治疗的治疗效果。方法选取近年来在我院就诊的慢性精神分裂症患者67例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(34例)。观察组采用TMS治疗,对照组采用假刺激治疗,分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应,治疗1个月后,两组患者的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和阴性症状量表(SANS)评分均明显降低,且观察组PANSS评分和SANS评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论对精神分裂症采用TMS治疗,能改善患者的阴性症状,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on negative symp- toms of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Sixty-seven patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into ob- servation group ( n = 33) and control group ( n = 34). The patients in the observation group received real TMS while the patients in the control group received false TMS. The clinical curative effects were compared. Results During the treatment,there was no severe adverse events. After one month of treatment, the positive and negative syndromes scale scores, and the negative symptoms scores of the patients in both groups were significantly lower than those the patients before treatment. The positive and negative syndromes scale scores, and the negative symptoms scores of the patients in the observe group were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion For the patients with chronic schizophrenia,TMS is a useful method in treating negative symp- toms.
