摘要
目的:探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:以阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症30例,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)和锥体外系反应量表(ESRS)评定疗效及不良反应。疗程8周。结果:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症有效率86.7%,显效率60.0%,无明显锥体外系反应。结论:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,不良反应少。
Objective：To study the efficacy and side effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Method： Thirty schizophrenic patients were treated with aripiprazole. The efficaey was measured with the positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS）. The adverse events were determined by the treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS） and extrapyramidal symptom rating scale （ESRS）. Results：Tile efficacy rate of aripiprazole was 86.7 %, in which 60.0% were improved markedly. Extrapyramidal side effects were few. Conclusion： Aripiprazole is an effective drug for schizophrenia, with few side effects.
