住院医师规范培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,是以提高临床技能为主的系统、规范教育,是医学生成长为合格临床医师的必由之路。建立规范、统一的培训模式和质量监控体系,是保证联合培养基地住院医师培训质量的重要方法,对保证临床医师专业水准和医疗服务质量具有极为重要的作用。
Residency Standard Training is a significant constituent of postgraduate medical education for enhancing clinical skills and form normal education. It is a pathway for medical students to be qualified clinicians. In order to improve the quality of the residency standard training in joint training base, it is essential that setting up standard and unified the training mode and quality control system,which play an extremely important role in assuring the physician quality and the medical quality.
