Optimization of Microwave-assisted Extraction of Total Saponins from Balsampear

摘要 研究微波法提取苦瓜总皂苷的最佳工艺条件,以苦瓜浸膏中提取的总皂苷含量为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验对工艺条件进行优化。研究结果表明:最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数80%,微波提取时间10 min,温度70℃,料液比1∶20,该条件下提取的苦瓜总皂苷得率为3.6%。优选得到的微波提取工艺操作简便、成本低、稳定性好。 To optimize conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total saponins ('IS) from Balsampear, using TS content of extracts as evaluation index, the optimization of extraction conditions was performed by single factor and orthogonal array design methods. The results indicated that the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol volume concentration 80%, microwave-extracting time 10 min, temperature 70 ℃ and material-to-liquid ratio 1:20. At this condition total saponins from Balsam pear yield was 3.6%. The optimized extraction process was easy to operate, low cost and had stable quality.
