摘要
目的 研究健康男性成人血清α1 酸性糖蛋白 (α1 AGP)的浓度范围及其与年龄的关系。方法 采用免疫比浊法 ,测定经临床实验室检查证实的 2 13例男性健康成人血清α1 AGP浓度 ,并观察其与年龄的相互关系。结果 青年组 (18～ 2 3岁 ,n =172 )和非青年组 (2 4～ 5 9岁 ,n=41)男性血清α1 AGP浓度分别为 (5 6 3.9± 2 9.5 )mg/L(范围 44 4.5～ 6 18.0mg/L)和 (5 6 4.5± 32 .7)mg/L(范围 46 0 .9～ 6 47.5mg/L) ,两组健康人的血清α1 AGP含量无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。α1 AGP浓度的 95 %参考值范围为 :下限 5 0 5 .0mg/L ,上限 6 2 3.0mg/L。回归分析表明 ,2 13例健康男性的血清α1 AGP浓度与年龄无相关性 (r=0 .0 35 3,P>0 .0 5 )。结论 健康男性成人血清α1 AGP浓度水平较低 ;95 %以上的个体 ,浓度为 5 0 5 .0～ 6 2 3.0mg/L。健康男性成人的年龄不影响其血清α1 AGP浓度。
Objective To study the relation between concentrat io n of serum α_1-acid glycoprotein(α_1-AGP) and the age in healthy male su bjects. Methods The concentrations of serum α_1-AGP were determi ned by immunoturbidimetry method in 213 healthy male subjects. The relationship between its concentrations and the age was analysed. Results Serum α _1-AGP concentrations in young group (18～12 years, n =172) and in non-yo u ng group (24～59 years, n =41) were (563.9±29.5) mg/L(444.5～618.0 mg/L) and ( 564.5±32.7) mg/L(460.9～647.5 mg/L), respectively. There was no significant dif ference in th e two groups ( P >0.05). The range of α_1-AGP concentration (±1 .96s) in 213 healthy male subjects was from 505.0 mg/L to 623.0 mg/L. Regression analysi s revealed that the concentrations of serum α_1-AGP was independent of the a ge in 213 healthy men ( r =0.0353, P >0.05). Conclusions The ser um α_1 -AGP is maintained at lower level in the healthy male subjects. Serum α_1-A GP concentrations in male healthy subjects do not correlate with the age.\;
