摘要
目的:了解2009—2011年广州市某三甲医院抗肿瘤中药注射剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2009—2011年广州市某三甲医院抗肿瘤中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及排序比(B/A)等进行统计、分析。结果:2009—2011年广州市某三甲医院抗肿瘤中药注射剂销售金额逐年增加,销售金额(万元)占全年药品总销售金额的比例分别为3.10%(1 218.15/39 314.24)、3.17%(1 433.35/45 188.15)和3.37%(1 714.21/50 877.13);3年来康艾注射液的销售金额和DDDs均稳居首位。结论:该院抗肿瘤中药注射剂销售金额和用量增长较快,但中药注射剂存在的安全性问题已经凸显,医师应辨证施治,严格掌握抗肿瘤中药注射剂的适应证,用药前仔细询问患者过敏史,减少不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization status of antitumor traditional Chinese medicine injections （ATCMI） in a three-A hospital of Guangzhou during 2009-2011 for references of clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： The utilization of ATCMI in this three-A hospital of Guangzhou during 2009-2011 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum, DDDs, DDC and order ratio. RESULTS： The consumption sum of ATCMI in this three-A hospital of Guangzhou during 2009-2011 increased year by year, accounting for 3.10% （1 218.15/39 314.24）, 3.17% （1 433.35/45 188.15） and 3.37% （1 714.21/50 877. 13）, respectively of the total consumption sum of drugs. Kang＇ ai injection took the lead in terms of both consumption sum and DDDs over the 3 years. CONCLUSION： The consumption sum and consumption amount of ATCMI in this hospital witnessed a rapid increase accompanied with the problems of drug safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections, thus physicians should determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs in clinical use of ATCMI, strictly master the indications of ATCMI, main function, carefully inquire patients about their allergy history before medication in order to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
