摘要
目的对我院2009~2011年抗肿瘤用中药注射剂的使用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法对我院2009~2011年抗肿瘤中药注射剂的品种、金额、用药频度和不良反应等数据进行统计分析。结果 3年来我院抗肿瘤中药注射剂用药总金额和构成比均逐年上升,其中艾迪注射液、康莱特注射液稳居前列,复方苦参注射液的DDDs逐年增加。抗肿瘤中药注射剂的不良反应发生率逐年降低。结论我院抗肿瘤中药注射剂使用趋于合理,基本能做到合理用药,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the utilization condition of anticancer traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital from 2009 to 2011,to provide basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods The species,consumption sum,DDDs and ADRs of the anticancer traditional Chinese medicine injection were analyzed by retrospective survey methodology from 2009 to 2011.Results The consumption sum and constitution ratio of anticancer traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital increased in 3 years.Aidi Injection and Kanglaite Injetion ranked front stably.DDDs of Compound Kushen Injection increased year by year.The ADRs of anticancer traditional Chinese medicine injection showed a decreasing trend.Conclusion The utilization of anticancer traditional Chinese injection in our hospital is more reasonable,which can achieve rational drugs use basically,and reduce incidence of ADRs.
