在物联网和食品安全的大背景下,利用RFID射频识别技术,针对企业开发食品安全追溯管理系统,能加强对企业内部食品各流通环节的管理,也可以和城市食品追溯平台进行衔接,从而建成一个统一的食品追溯管理平台。该平台能有力地提高企业的信息化水平、管理水平和竞争力,促进国家食品安全管理和物联网的发展进程。
Under the background of IOT and food safety, the food safety tracing management system developed by means of RFID technology is able to strengthen the management of each food circulation link of the enterprise, and can also link to the urban food tracing platform to establish a unified platform, which may effectively improve the informationalized level, management level and competitiveness of the enterprise, and promote the management of national food safety and the process of the IOT.
