摘要
对食品进行全过程追溯是当今世界食品安全监管的发展趋势。文章分析了国内外食品追溯现状,并以ISO22005:2007为指导,介绍了食品追溯体系设计与实施的原则和要求,最后,就加快我国食品追溯体系的建设及实施提出了建议。
As for the food safety supervision in the current world ,to develop food traceability during the whole producing process is a trend. In the article, the current situation of food traceability at home and abroad is analyzed, then based on IS022005:2007, the principles and requirements for food traceability system design and implementation are mainly introduced. Finally, some advices are proposed in order to facilitate the construction and implementation of food traceability in China.
