摘要
对食品(农产品)进行全过程追溯是当今世界食品安全监管的发展趋势,我国在这方面进展相对国外较慢。文中分析了国内外食品追溯标准化工作现状,并以ISO22005∶2007为指导,重点介绍了食品追溯体系设计与实施的原则和要求,最后,为加快我国开展食品追溯标准化工作提出了建议。
In the current world, it represents a general development trend in food safety supervision and management to make food (farm product) traceability during the whole producing process. Comparatively, the development of the work of food traceability in China is slow. In this paper, the current situation of food traceability standardization at home and abroad is analyzed, and based on ISO22005 : 2007, the principles and requirements for food traceability system design and implementation are introduced. Some suggestions are put forward in order to facilitate food traceability standardization in China.
