摘要
针对健美操运动的特点 ,根据“统一要求与区别对待相结合”教学原则的概念和要求 ,提出了该原则在健美操教学中的运用方法 ,旨在提高健美操教学质量 ,并为学生终身从事体育锻炼奠定坚实的基础 .
Considering the traits o f calisthenics as well as the principle of combining unified requirement with i ndividual treatment the paper puts forward the applications of the principles to the calisthenics teaching. The aims is to improve the quality of calisthenics e ducation, and lay a solid foundation for students conducting physical exercis es in lifetime.
