摘要
高校组织趋同引发人们对高校发展路径选择的思考。本文以生态位的视域,借鉴生态系统中分布—互动—竞争—演化(DICE)模型对高校发展路径做出解释。为促进高校发展路径的选择与实现,提出要以愿景为导向,知识资本投入为内核,走质量提升的内涵式增长道路。
The increasing similarity of higher education institutions leads to the discussion about how colleges and universities should select their development path.From a niche perspective,this paper explains the development path of colleges and universities with the ecological Distribution-Interaction-Competition-Evolution（DICE） model.In order to promote the selection and pursuance of a suitable development path,colleges and universities should adopt a vision-guided,intellectual capital-driven,and quality-focused approach to their development.
