摘要
对武汉市128名早教教师进行调查,发现早教教师群体存在的问题为:在专业培养上,早教专业设置缺失,社会培训机构缺位,早教机构培训功利明显;在专业能力上,资深早教教师缺乏,教师专业能力不足;在工作上,教师职业倦怠严重且流动性大。原因分析:政府对早教的重视程度不够;早教市场处于初级阶段,缺乏正确的早教文化引导;早教机构行为短视;早教教师不重视职业素质的提升。对策与建议:加强早教市场管理,建立多层次的教师培养制度,通过行业协会促进教师发展。
Based on the survey of 128 early education teachers from Wuhan, this paper finds the problems of the early education teachers group are: no early education major in professional training, the lack of early training institution and their pursuit of profit; the lack of senior teachers and professional competence; the job burnout and mobility of teachers. The causes of the problems are: the government didn' t give much attention to early education;the early education market is still at an early stage and lack of proper culture guidelines;early education in stitutions are short sighted;teachers ignore the promotion of their professional quality. This paper propose some strategies and suggestion, in cluding reinforcing the management of the early education market,setting up multi level training system for the teachers and promoting teach ers' development through profession association.
