摘要
分别采用相控阵超声和数字x射线成像对搅拌摩擦焊接头进行了无损检测,并对缺陷的超声波回波信号进行了分析,通过金相试验确定了焊接接头存在隧道和疏松体积型缺陷,热输入不足是产生缺陷的主要原因。研究结果表明:相控阵超声和数字x射线成像均能较好地检测出搅拌摩擦焊接头中隧道和疏松体积型缺陷,并且相控阵超声检测方法可以准确地定位缺陷,平均定位误差为4%。
Two nondestructive testing(NDT) methods including phased array ultrasonic and digital x- ray were used in the testing of friction stir welding joint.Through analyzing the received ultrasonic wave,tunnel and porosities volumetric defects were detected and determined by metallographic analysis.It can be concluded that the insufficient heat input is the main reason for tunnel and porosities volumetric defects.The two NDT methods are good tests to the tunnel and porosities volumetric defects.The defects can be accurately located using ultrasonic phased array and the average location error is 4%.
