介绍了ＥＲＷ焊管内毛刺形成状态，阐述了不同形态的内毛刺在超声波检测时对回波信号的影响，指出了内毛刺的回波信号与焊缝缺陷信号的区别。
This paper introduces the inside scarfing forming shape in ERW welded pipe, expounds the different shapes of the inside scarfing which can induce interference with the echo signal when ultrasonic testing. And also points out differences between the inside scarfing echo signal and the seam defect signal.
