摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT增强扫描中传统对比剂和组合对比剂对肝脏动脉期和门静脉期增强的影响。方法将2012年1月至2012年6月收集的肝脏增强扫描患者164例,随机均分为A组、B组,各82例,通过自动推注系统静脉注射对比剂进行增强扫描。A组使用300 g/L浓度的碘帕醇1.5 mL/kg,B组使用300 g/L浓度的碘帕醇1.2 mL/kg与0.9%氯化钠注射液(0.5 mL/kg)组合使用。结果组合对比剂与传统对比剂在动脉期(P=0.557)及门静脉期(P=0.697)成像质量无明显差异。传统对比剂发生轻度过敏反应2例,组合对比剂尚无过敏反应发生。结论碘帕醇1.2 mL/kg与0.9%氯化钠注射液(0.5 mL/kg)组合使用在肝脏CT增强扫描中可以达到1.5 mL/kg碘帕醇相同的增强效果,同时可减轻传统剂量对比剂的不良反应,减轻患者的经济负担。
Objective To investigate the influence of the traditional contrast agent and the combination contrast agent on the enhancement of the hepatic arterial phase and the portal venous phase in multilayer spiral CT scan.Methods 164 cases of liver enhanced scan from January to June 2012 were collected and randomly divided into the group A and B,82 cases in each group.The contrast agent was intravenously injected by the automaric injection system for conducting the enhanced CT scan.The group A used 300 g/L iopamidol 1.5 mL/kg and the group B used 300 g/L iopamidol 1.2 mL/kg plus 0.9%chloride sodium injection 0.5 mL/kg.Results The combination contrast agent and the traditional contrast agent had no statistically significant difference in the imaging quality of the arterial phase（P=0.557） and the portal venous phase（P=0.697）.2 cases of mild allergic reactions caused by the traditional contrast agent occurred,but no case of allergic reactions occurred in the combination contrast agent.Conclusion The combinatin use of iopamidol 1.2 mL/kg plus normal saline 0.5 mL/kg can reach the same effect of iopamidol 1.5 mL/kg in the liver enhanced CT scan,at the same time can reduce the adverse reactions in the traditional dose of contrast agent and mitigate the economic burden of patient.
