摘要
阐述采用关键绩效指标(KPI)考核与行为锚定评分法相结合的方式构建绩效考核体系的方法。结合公司实际,探讨提取公司、部门和岗位KPI的基本方法,KPI的分解,以及KPI权重及标准值的确定等,对KPI提取以及锚定评分法实施过程进行了分析。
A method for constructing a perform- ance appraisal system by using key performance indica- tors (KPI) and behaviorally anchored rating scale method is expounded. Combined with the actual situa- tion of the company, some basic methods to extract KPI of the company, departments and posts, the decompo- sition of KPI and the determination of KPI weights and standard value are discussed. The implementation process of KPI extraction and behaviorally anchored rat- ing scale method is analyzed.
