摘要
以咪唑为原料,通过苄基取代保护﹑酰基化反应﹑硼氢还原﹑卤化反应四步反应制得富马酸尼唑苯酮重要中间体:1-苄基-2-氯甲基咪唑,并对反应路线进行优化,减少了工业设备的腐蚀,对反应中间体用核磁进行表征,最终得到白色目标产物,产率为45.32%。
1 - benzoyl - 2 - (chlormethy) limidazole, a key phenyl ] - 2 - (diethylaminomethyl) imidazole, was synthesized intermediate of 1 - [ 2 - ( 2 - chlorbenzoyl) - 4 - nitro- from substitution reaction, acylation reaction, reduction reaction and halogenation and got target white product with an overall yield of 45.32%. The reaction rout was optimized with less industry equipment corrosion, and all the intermediate were characterized with NMR.
