摘要
对医药系列产品传统合成和生产中所使用的各种有机单元反应的频率百分数进行了分析。介绍了几种常用的有机单元反应,如烷基化、酰基化、缩合反应,卤化反应,还原反应等,同时对“分子设计”和“组合化学”进行了探讨。
The analysis of the frequent per cent was used to analysis various kinds of organic unit reactions that were used for a series of medicine products in traditional synthesis and production. Some organic unit reactions used usually were introduced, such as alkanisation, acylation, condensation reation, halogenation, reduction and so on. Then "molecular design" and "combinatorial chemistry" were discussed.
