摘要
长期以来高职院校为国家建设和经济发展培养了大批高素质人才,然而,在后金融危机时代背景下高职生就业问题越演越烈,并逐步演变成一个涉及千家万户的民生问题。所以,对后金融危机时代高职生就业形势以及"就业难"形成的原因做深入系统的分析和研究,并基于此提出化解高职院校毕业生"就业难"的基本策略,对促进高等职业教育健康发展、维护社会稳定、构建和谐社会以及建设创新型国家等都具有重要的战略意义。
for a long time higher vocational colleges have trained a large number of high-quality talents for the national construction and economy development. However, higher vocational students＇ employment problem escalates under the background of post financial crisis era,and gradually becomes evolved into thousands of people＇s livelihood issues. So after the financial crisis era, do deeply analyze and research employment situation of higher vocational students and the causes of the formation of ＂employment＂ ,and based on those propose the resolution of the basic strategy of higher vocational college graduates ＂employment＂ ,promote the healthy development of the higher vocational education,maintain social stability and build a harmonious society and an innovative country and so on.
